“Design” refers to any design submitted by a Designer to the Client as part of a contest and/or any Design submitted for sale on the Design Shop.
“A Client is not included in the definition of “Designer,” which applies to any User who has registered on the website as a “Designer.”

The Company, the Designer, and/or the Client, as appropriate to the situation, are referred to as “Party” or “Parties.”
According to this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” refers to any data and/or information that the Client gives the Company in order to register, access, and/or use any Services, and/or the Website.

We get both personal and anonymous data from our users.

Name, email, and contact information are among the Personal Information that are gathered during the registration/signup procedure on our website. 

For billing purposes, users’ payment, banking, and financial information is also gathered; however, the user uses third-party payment gateways to send and receive payments.
